After years of helping people on their career and life journey, I decided to dig deeper into coaching and mentoring, and so at the end of 2023 I founded Ness Coaching.
My purpose as your Coach and Mentor?

With over a decade of experience in events, management, tourism, and hospitality, I’ve faced many of the same challenges and milestones you might be experiencing now. I hold a Master’s degree in Management, an NLP Practitioner certificate, and an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Coaching Certificate, but it’s my real-world experience that truly allows me to connect with you and understand your journey.
Throughout my career, there were times I had someone by my side, and other times it was just me, myself and I. The support I received made all the difference. I am not saying you can’t do it on your own. You absolutely can. But having a mentor or coach makes the path smoother and faster. That’s the heart of why I founded Ness Coaching.

Honesty & Transparency
Honesty comes at the forefront of all Ness Programs. I give my insight honestly and openly and stay transparent about what we can do together to facilitate your goals. During our Discovery Session, if we come to an agreement that I cannot guide you for any reason, I will make sure to refer you to a professional who can assist you, such as a therapist, counselor or strategist.
Integrity & Professionalism
Once we start a journey together, we will finish it together. This demonstrates professionalism and commitment to guiding you (or your team) throughout the entire journey and process, with all the highs and lows.
Respect & Equality
You will always be treated with respect and as an equal. We work together towards your goals with respect to your values and beliefs, whatever they may be. Background, nationality, gender, sex, age, religion, medical history, race do not hold any difference in how one is regarded during any given coaching session. Confidentiality & Trust
Every session is confidential. Trust is one of my most important values. Therefore, all sessions are confidential and will never be shared or discussed with third parties. You are asked for permission to take notes. All information, notes and e-mails are secured so that no part of your journey is ever made public. The only part that will ever be shared is an optional testimonial you are welcome to give after your journey.
