With over ten years of experience in events, management, tourism and hospitality, I have ample experience in leading, recruiting and training. Alongside my practical knowledge, I hold a Masters degree in Management, further strengthening my expertise and credibility in helping you be your best self.
I am the coach who has been in your shoes. By experiencing the highs and lows firsthand, I can relate to the struggles and hopes of aspiring professionals. I have been there not wanting to do a public speech because I had no clue what I am doing. I have been there tired of life due to a burn-out. I have been there stuck in a career not knowing what is my next step to take. Each of these obstacles I overcame alone, but you don’t need to. There is an easier and faster way to grow, there is a faster way to progress and that is with a coach next to you.
That is why I started Ness Coaching. Because you deserve someone to pull you out and push you forward as you experience setbacks, doubts or the dreaded status quo. Having a person steer you in the right direction is crucial, not just for your career development, but for your life quality and satisfaction overall. Honesty comes at the forefront of all Ness Programs. I give my insight honestly and openly and stay transparent about what we can do together to facilitate your goals. During our Discovery Session, if we come to an agreement that I cannot guide you for any reason, I will make sure to refer you to a professional who can assist you, such as a therapist, counselor or strategist.
Integrity & Professionalism
Once we start a journey together, we will finish it together. This demonstrates professionalism and commitment to guiding you (or your team) throughout the entire journey and process, with all the highs and lows.
Respect & Equality
You will always be treated with respect and as an equal. We work together towards your goals with respect to your values and beliefs, whatever they may be. Background, nationality, gender, sex, age, religion, medical history, race do not hold any difference in how one is regarded during any given coaching session. Confidentiality & Trust
Every session is confidential. Trust is one of my most important values. Therefore, all sessions are confidential and will never be shared or discussed with third parties. You are asked for permission to take notes. All information, notes and e-mails are secured so that no part of your journey is ever made public. The only part that will ever be shared is an optional testimonial you are welcome to give after your journey.
